Disciplinary Committee

Each disciplinary committee is carefully assembled regarding each case and the parties involved. By doing this the PAC aims to assemble a balanced panel free of bias that will represent the whole councils view on the case at hand.

Due to the complexities of the cases brought to the attention of the council, the disciplinary process can be lengthy. The council requests patience and will try its best to have at least an official reply within 30 days to inform the plaintiff of the current status of the case.
